Customers will be served on a first come first served basis with the exceptions of business customers with a Master Service Agreement will be served first and have a guaranteed response time.
Business customers with Prepaid hours are next and have a guaranteed response time, then all other customers will be served.
Rates apply to the hours of 8am-5pm Monday Through Friday. Hours worked outside those hours are billed at time and a half and double time on holidays.
Prepaid hours are non refundable. Unused prepaid hours may apply to the next service request.
