We will evaluate the hard drive condition for simple, This is typically used when your computer crashes for reasons other than hard drive failure. We assume that your old drive is accessible from our data transfer computer. We will transfer your data to another storage location; an internal or external hard drive, CD, DVD or another computer. We will import it to an installed program or other desired location if needed. This charge may be applied to your data recovery service.			In Store $39
Data Recovery Simple Data Transfer This is typically used when your computer crashes for reasons other than hard drive failure. Data Recovery for Deleted Data Ever accidentally delete a file that you need? This data recovery service will recover the deleted files. No data recovered, no charge.			In Store $199
Data Recovery for Electronic Failure If the external electronic components of your hard drive have failed we find and install a replacement then copy your data to the new drive. The cost of the new drive is not included as drive prices vary.			In Store $269
Data Recovery for Mechanical Failure If the mechanical components of your hard drive have failed we find an identical drive, transfer your data platters to the new drive and then transfer the data to another device. Typically the new hard drive is no longer viable as the seals have been broken during the recovery process. The cost of the new drive is not included as drive prices vary.			In Store $569
Forensic Digital Data Recovery Law enforcement agencies, law firms, professional investigators, employers as well as legal and corporate investigators, rely on forensic data recovery to save highly sensitive information in order to identify and track criminal violations and legal infringements. We will produce a forensic copy of one hard drive suitable for most legal actions. The cost of the new drive is not included as drive prices vary. Customers will be served on a first come first served basis with the exceptions of business customers with a Master Service Agreement will be served first and have a guaranteed response time.
Business customers with Prepaid hours are next and have a guaranteed response time, then all other customers will be served.
Rates apply to the hours of 8am-5pm Monday Through Friday. Hours worked outside those hours are billed at time and a half and double time on holidays.
Prepaid hours are non refundable. Unused prepaid hours may apply to the next service request.
