One Time Data Backup - 9GB Transfer your data to another storage location with this data backup and transfer service for PC. We will transfer up to 9GB of data from your computer to an internal or external hard drive, CD, DVD or another computer. One Time Data Backup – up to 500GB We will transfer your data to another storage device with this data backup and transfer service for computers. Customers will be served on a first come first served basis with the exceptions of business customers with a Master Service Agreement will be served first and have a guaranteed response time, Business customers with Prepaid hours are next and have a guaranteed response time, then all other customers will be served.
Rates apply to the hours of 8am-5pm Monday Through Friday. Hours worked outside those hours are billed at time and a half and double time on holidays.
Prepaid hours are non refundable. Unused prepaid hours may apply to the next service request.
