Computer Setup

Computer Setup We will set up your PC, including your monitor, mouse, keyboard and speakers, plus install one (1) software application and one(1) external peripheral device (printer etc). Then we will configure your computer to access the internet (internet service by Cox, Qwest etc.) and configure one existing e-mail account. Optimize My Personal Computer Make my computer run as best as it can. We will optimize the system for speed and security. Enjoy increased performance and have the basic security features enabled. Operating System Install Running a freshly installed operating system (OS) helps maximize computer performance and security. It will also insure that all malware, hacks and other bugs are removed. We format your hard drive and install your operating system, Windows, Linux or Mac, add the drivers that make your hardware work, install two(2) additional softwares and update the OS and two softwares. Additional charges apply if you do not have the software or drivers.		Onsite $269	In Store $99
Operating System Install with Data Transfer Have data and personal operating system (OS) settings you want to keep? This service includes copying your data and OS settings to another device, cleaned of malware and then restoring them to your computer after a fresh operating system (OS) installation. This helps maximize computer performance and security. It will also insure that all malware, hacks and other bugs are removed. We format your hard drive and install your operating system, Windows, Linux or Mac, add the drivers that make your hardware work, install two(2) additional softwares and update the OS and two softwares. Customers will be served on a first come first served basis with the exceptions of business customers with a Master Service Agreement will be served first and have a guaranteed response time. Business customers with Prepaid hours are next and have a guaranteed response time, then all other customers will be served.
Rates apply to the hours of 8am-5pm Monday Through Friday. Hours worked outside those hours are billed at time and a half and double time on holidays.
Prepaid hours are non refundable. Unused prepaid hours may apply to the next service request.
