Just a note to let you know how much I appreciate the prompt and courteous service provided by you and your staff during the many unfortunate claim situations we experience on a regular basis. We have come to expect the "impossible" from you, but we don't want you to think that we are taking either you or your service for granted. Without your services, all of our jobs would be a lot more difficult and time consuming.

When the City experiences a utility failure such as a water main break (always in the middle of the night) or a sewer backup into businesses or homes, immediate action to remedy the situation is the only response the citizen will accept. Before we found your firm to call in such emergencies, we had to withstand much unjustified criticism regarding the amount of time required for the Utilities people to get the notice to our office and the time it took us to get somebody to help the people with their mess. Now the citizen can get an immediate professional emergency response at any hour of the day and, more importantly, be made to feel totally confident that everything possible is being done to minimize his damages while being fair with the City at the same time. This is very important to the Utility Construction people who must answer to the City Council members if the citizen feels he was mistreated or is otherwise unsatisfied.

Our office is most appreciative of the very fair price structure that we have come to expect from you along with your expertise. It is great to be able to call you at 0500 hours, send you to an address, and forget about it knowing that only the necessary will have been done and the final bill will always be fair and reasonable. We never cease to be amazed at the prices charged by your competitors in this business when they are brought in directly by a business or claimant before we are able to suggest your firm. Thanks again for your help and expertise in these matters and keep up the good work!

Dear Sir:

My wife, Jane & I want to send you words of praise & thanks for making our home at Leisure World so nice & livable again.

At first, it seemed like a long delay for our return to our restored home, but it was not your fault! The big delay was the fault of the Leisure World people to release the funds for structural repairs. We have nothing but praise for the Hartford Company for releaseing immediate funds for the 1st week's stay at a nice motel, plus three month's rental of a home across the sreet from us at Leisure World.

Our special thanks to John Doe who planned & worked so diligently! He was surely the right guy for the job. They did a super job of whatever we asked them!!
